[Image] The Verified Boards pages says what version you
                        should have for what board.

Download the zipfile with the two programs,
[Image] CBROM.EXE and BMP2EPA.EXE from the Downloads
         [Image] page. Unzip the programs.
[Image] The trick is, you have to have the original BIOS
binary (make a copy, save the original..safety
[Picture] first), and realize that it can only be a Mono
BMP image before you convert it to the .EPA
image. Once you run BMP2EPA, you can use that
program to add up to 16 colors.

Text seems to work best, as it's tough to do a
mono image (you have to have the image in white,
the background in black) and make it look good,
but then again, I'm a horrible artist.

Worst case, the image isn't correct, you just get
some flashing colors at bootup, but the system
                        runs fine.

The easiest way to tell if you've got the image
                        correct is when you run
                        BMP2EPA, you'll SEE the image. If it's just a
small block in the center of the screen, it's not
                        correct.

Here's a little checklist, as the Award supplied
text is more than a little
                        unclear.

                        Settings in MS Paint:
                        Set attributes to 136 x 126 pels
                        Set image to Monochrome
Set background to Black (not necessary, but white
                        background looks poor)
Set foreground to White (see above)
                        Save image as Monochrome.

                        Run BMP2EXE <bit map filename> <new epalogo
                        filename>
                        Adjust colors to suit.
                        F10 to save image

                        Run CBROM <bios binary file name> /EPA <epa logo
                        filename>

From DOS (NOT a DOS box) run Pflash (or whatever
                        flash utility you use) with
                        the new bios binary

Power down and restart. If all went well, you've
                        got a new logo!
